During my recent stay at the Residences, I had the opportunity to dine at the onsite restaurant, Cap à L’Ouest. This dining venue, boasting two charming rooms with delightful garden views, provided a relaxing ambiance that complemented my culinary experience. I began my meal with a selection of regional specialties, carefully crafted to highlight the local flavors of the area. The highlights included perfectly cooked seafood, a tribute to the coastal location, and beautifully presented dishes that showcased the chef's attention to detail. Breakfast was equally impressive, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, and a selection of cheeses, enabling me to savor both local and continental delights. The thoughtfully arranged dining experience, along with the attentive staff, played a significant role in enhancing my stay. While the Residences offered a pleasant escape, the culinary innovation at Cap à L’Ouest is the real gem for food enthusiasts, making it a noteworthy destination for any traveler appreciating local cuisine.
